Origami office building: start of the refurbishment works
Work in progress in Lancy! Located in the south of Geneva, the former head office of the prestigious perfumer Coty, is at the heart of a major refurbishment. Significantly transformed, it will become, by the end of the year, “Origami” building, more flexible workspaces where tailor made office spaces will be created.
Origami, a reinvented address
Led by the teams of Emch + Berger, the site’s refurbishment will keep the qualities of the building (beautiful architecture, glass façade letting in the natural light, high ceilings, generous volumes, delivery zones at the rear of the building) and add new functions.
Easier access
The creation of an independent entry, seperated from the building part occupied by Coty, offering a different address and new accesses to future tenants.
More functional
In order to improve the comfort and efficiency of circulation flows inside the building, new elevators are being installed to better serve the floors.
Greater comfort
All available office spaces, from 200 to 6’000 sq m, has been renovated and technically rethought to improve the comfort of future occupiers.
A place to connect
Origami will be an innovative workplace with multiple possibilities. Many integrated services could complete the picture.
Full of attractive shared spaces such as the future coffee corner or the rooftop, Origami is a place of exchange and interaction that encourages contact between its tenants and adapts to their needs.
A campus spirit and an ambitious project to discover here.
